How to request a refund
Email refund@founderanchor.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout (and your order/receipt number if you have it). You don’t need to explain why.
How it’s processed
- We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued through our payment provider; depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
- NEXUS Toolkit is a digital download — you may keep the files you downloaded; the guarantee is a trust commitment, honored no-questions-asked within the 14 days.
